Recently, the news that a keeper in Nanchang Zoo abused a South China Tiger cub attracted people's attention. The keeper grabbed the forelimbs of a cub, flipped it around, and dropped it on the ground. The keeper was fired eventually.

S. China Tiger is indigenous to China. Currently, the world has only around 100 South China Tigers in captivity. The wild South China Tiger is nearly extinct.
