Colombian military plane crash kills 11

Military authorities have begun an investigation to establish the cause of the disaster, which happened in the municipality of Agustin Codazzi in Cesar Department.
"Upon discovering the plane, which had reported a motor failure, we could conclude that there were no survivors in this tragic accident," said the FAC in an expression of condolences to all the families of the victims.
Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos announced the tragedy on his Twitter account and sent his condolences to the families of the victims.
The ill-fated aircraft took off at the base in Palanquero in the central Colombian municipality of La Dorada and was destined for the northern city of Valledupar.
