A Japanese H-2A rocket lifts off from the Tanegashima Space Center on Japan's southern island of Tanegashgima in Kagoshima prefecture on Tuesday, and successfully put the national space program's first commercial satellite into orbit, as Tokyo tries to enter a business dominated by European and Russian companies.
