A man was recently detained by police in Fanshan district after he was found transporting pouches of tea containing crystal meth, the Beijing Morning Post reported.

Police first stopped the suspect, surnamed Hu, while he was riding in a taxi for suspicious behavior. After searching the car, the police found six bags of crystal meth weighing around 260 grams hidden in two pouches of tea.

Hu is being charged with drug trafficking.
