The 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), China's top political advisory body, began the closing meeting of its annual session on Monday.

Yu Zhengsheng, chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, presided over the closing meeting held at the Great Hall of the People.
