A flight operated by Emirates is seen in Yinchuan on Tuesday undergoing a welcome ceremony after landing. The city is the first in western China and the fourth in the nation to be served by the Middle East-based carrier. Yinchuan is the capital of Northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
