Café Noir, located on the lobby floor of Hotel Jen Upper East Beijing, has invited famous Indian chef Inderpal Singh Jolly to be the guest chef for Incredible India, a gourmet food festival with Indian dishes from June 20 to 30.

At the food festival, Jolly will prepare a combination of various Indian spices, specialty ingredients and yogurt. Specialties will include authentic tandoori lamb chop, tandoori prawns, dum ka gosht, Kashmiri pulao, butter naan, kheer, rasgulla and other delicious, spice-filled dishes.

Jolly is well versed in preparing traditional Indian cuisine and tandoori flavors. He has worked at renowned international hotel chains such as the JW Marriott, Mumbai, where his culinary skills were well received.

Aside from indulging in the delectable Indian delights, guests will also be able to take and upload photos to their social media platforms to win prizes or check into the hotel to win vouchers valid for their next visit.
