For the past eight years, Chinese sportswear brand Peak Sport has consistently shared the excitement of winning NBA championships with its contracted players. The notion of "winning championships in Peak's shoes" has become true.

One month ago on June 2, Peak signed a sponsorship contract with Matthew Dellavedova, a player for the Cleveland Cavaliers. Such a coincidence occurred again when the Cleveland Cavaliers won against the Golden State Warriors in Game 7 of the NBA Finals at Oracle Arena on June 20. The win echoed the notion of "winning championships in Peak's shoes."

This was not the first time that the players in Peak gear went on to win the NBA championship. From 2009 to 2016, Peak sponsored players won seven NBA finals in eight consecutive years.

In 2009, the Laker's player Sasha Vujacic led his team to their 15th NBA championship. It is the start of a joint journey between NBA titles and Peak sponsored players.

In 2010, Ron Artest (now Metta World Peace), a player on the Lakers, won the final while under sponsorship by Peak Sport. In 2011, the Dallas Mavericks beat the Miami Heat for the championship win. The Dallas Mavericks' player Jason Kidd, one of the advertising spokespersons for Peak Sport, was among them.

From 2012 to 2013, Miami Heat won two finals with Shane Battier, who is also a Peak Sport sponsored player, and has a close relationship with the brand. In 2014, the Spurs did not fail Peak's notion of "winning championships in Peak's shoes," as the players successfully won their fifth NBA final. One of the most contributable players, Tony Parker, had joined the sponsored players list of Peak Sport at that time.

"Since we initiated the marketing strategy of targeting NBA celebrities, Peak Sport has successfully boosted the internationalization of our brand through establishing cooperation with NBA players," said Xu Zhihua, the CEO of Peak Sport.

Xu said that Peak's professional products will keep helping more players and their teams win. "Nowadays, there are more and more NBA players approaching Peak, which shows their recognition of the professional products and high performance quality of Peak Sport gear," said Xu. "Peak will continue to offer and develop more professional products for NBA champions."
