Fengcheng, a significant source of Cantonese cuisine, has earned a reputation for its scrumptious delicacies, featuring original flavors and pure gastronomy. This summer, the chef at Noble Court restaurant inside the Grand Hyatt Beijing and his elite culinary team will present an elaborate barbecue feast featuring the Fengcheng style.

A distinctive culinary style of Noble Court is the preservation of original flavors by carefully selecting quality ingredients and preparing sumptuous fares in a way that retains the authenticity and flavors of age-old Cantonese recipes. Recommended dishes include Fengcheng barbecued king prawn, roasted pork rib with homemade satay sauce, and charcoal grilled whole pigeon with garlic.

Inspired by a southern Chinese nobleman's home, Noble Court offers a tranquil and pleasant ambiance and features Cantonese cuisine exquisitely prepared by master chefs. Seven private dining rooms are available for functions comprising six to 18 people.

Located at the crossroads of Chang'an Avenue and Wangfujing Dajie, the 825-room hotel is part of the Oriental Plaza, a large commercial complex situated in the heart of Beijing's prestigious business and commercial district.
