DOBE Group, a leading company in the Chinese cultural and creative industry, recently opened an industrial park in Silicon Valley in the US. The park is located on Central Avenue in Newark, California and is DOBE Group's first American cultural and creative industrial park.

Silicon Valley is a major hub for technological innovation. DOBE Group plans to leverage its new location to bridge cooperation between China and the US by combining the industrial cluster of Chinese high-tech light companies with the research power from world-class universities in the US. The park will also serve as an international service platform for Chinese and American companies in the sector to communicate with each other.

DOBE Group has not only undertaken the mission "to facilitate Chinese companies' international development" as its responsibility, but it also has plans for the further development of its Beijing project.

DOBE Group and Stefano Boeri, a famous Italian designer, joined hands to start a new project named DOBE We International Hub in Beijing. Boeri was also the chief designer of Expo Milano. The project is located near the Temple of Heaven historical site in Dongcheng district and will be the vehicle through which they create an urban landmark that will contribute to Beijing's cultural landscape.

DOBE Group built a Florence-based Shanghai & Florence - Sino Italian Design Exchange Centre in Italy in 2013. Today, the center is an essential station for Shanghai-based fashion and design companies, fostering their entry into the European market. It also plays an important role in promoting communication and cooperation in fashion and design between China and Italy.

So far, DOBE Group has inked deals for around 50 industrial park projects both at home and abroad, spanning around 5,000 culture and creative technology companies. All 50 industrial park projects are fully booked.

Within the next three years, DOBE Group plans to build more international industrial parks in major cities around the world, including London, Tel Aviv, Paris, Munich, Tokyo, New York and Melbourne. To connect business services between domestic and overseas enterprises, DOBE Group also plans to set up industrial parks in Chinese cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou in Guangdong Province, Nanjing in Jiangsu Province, Chengdu in Sichuan Province, and Xiamen in Fujian Province.

Building a global service platform, DOBE Group sees itself as a "business embassy," helping overseas companies in the cultural and creative industry enter the Chinese market and helping their Chinese counterparts go international.
