First heavy snow in a decade hits Shanghai

Highlights: 4-10 cm of thick snow covers East China’s Shanghai, a city with rare heavy snow in the winter. After the city’s first heavy snow in a decade on January 25, 2018, over 130 flights were canceled in the two major airports.
