Anti-THAAD Koreans hold a demonstration in Seongju-gun on April 12 in response to failed negotiations with the military on Wednesday. S. Korea's defense authorities decided Thursday to delay the transport of construction materials to the THAAD base in Seongju-gun, the Yonhap News reported. The military had planned to deploy more than 30 vehicles to transport equipment and materials into the base, but are delaying until the weekend as negotiations continue. (Photos: VCG)
