Hotel Sulbin’s chef Marek Rybacki and his gastronomy students attempted to break a Polish record by making the biggest meringue cake during the 5th Garwolin Festival of Tradition and Culture in Garwolin, Poland, on May 20, 2018. According to Rybacki, his record meringue, layered with fruit, has a diameter of 2 meters and a target weight of about 200kg.
