Test of endurance for 163 cyclists as the 13th Sayram Lake Cycling Race kicks off in NW China

The first stage of the 13th Sayram Lake Cycling Race kicked off in Jinghe county, Northwest China’s Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region on Sunday. A total of 163 cyclists divided into 30 teams are competing in this five-day event. On the course of this highly challenging race, participants will endure through a 468-kilometer route crossing mountains, the Gobi desert, lakes and grasslands. Liu Zhuqing from TEAM MAGENE-ZhaoMeng sports won the first prize in the first leg of this race.
