Young people reveal what they think about Hong Kong

  • Lan Quanjie, who is 24 years old and runs his own studio, thinks young Hong Kongers are thoughtful and warmhearted.

  • Yang Wenxi, who was born in Anhui Province and holds a bachelor’s degree from an American university, works as an analyst in an investment bank in Hong Kong. She sees Hong Kong as a financial center and a crossroad, where she can see the influence on its development of China and other countries clearly.

  • A Xue, who comes from Guangzhou and teaches in a primary school in Hong Kong, thinks Hong Kong is a very convenient city and local people are polite.

  • Zhang Zihan works as a sales assistant in a Gallery located in Hong Kong’s central district. She thinks Hong Kong is a bridge between China and the world.

  • Huang Zhuolin, who is 20 years old and is a freshman at the University of Hong Kong, thinks young people from her generation are more independent.
