Test driving in China is fun

Test driving a Chinese-made car is fun for an American like Patrick who has never driven cars in China before. He used to test-drive a military Humvee and took a defensive driving course back in the States. To him, these experiences were very exciting. But today's test drive was also thrilling. He said if possible, he would like to drive the car to the downtown Xi'an.

Patrick expressed his willingness to come next time, because he only knew a few Chinese car brands and did not really know much about Chinese cars. But taking a test drive is a great opportunity for him to know and experience more Chinese cars.

"Incomparable!" he exclaimed describing how he felt about driving a Chinese car compared to those he owned. However, it cannot be compared with the military Humvee, and Patrick was used to driving SUVs and motorcycles.

For Patrick, he cares most about the power of a car. The car he test drove has low horse power. For someone like him who likes to drive fast or off road, this is the disadvantage of the Chinese car. He also said the car is light which will suffer great damage when it is involved in an accident. But the advantage is the size of the car and the gas mileage. He says it's a good choice for people working and living in big cities.
