Leonid meteor shower is coming

Leonid, which means meteor shower of Leo, will reach its climax in the predawn hours of November 18.
The period of 4 pm November 17 to 8 am November 18, will be when Leonid is most active. Some experts predict that at 5:44 am and 5:51 am on Nov. 18, it will produce meteor storms with 950 and 600 meteors per hour respectively.
Gansu and Qinghai provinces, the western part of Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang and Tibet will be the best places to observe the meteor shower.
