Northwest China's Gansu has dispatched 237 health workers to aid Hubei, center of the novel coronavirus outbreak.

Health workers have to wear heavy protective gear with face masks and goggles tightly secured to help prevent infection during their hours' treatment of the novel coronavirus patients.

As well as the mental and emotional stress of dealing with the coronavirus patients, the thick and tight protective equipment has left many hospital workers with blisters, sores and scabs on their faces and bodies.
