B: At the very least don't stay up late at night. You'd better to be asleep around 10 to 11. I recommend that the time you spend asleep reach six to eight hours. Besides a lack of sleep, make sure you select high protein, low-carb and low-fat foods. 

至少别熬夜,最好10点到11点能入睡。建议你睡眠时间达到6-8小时。除了缺觉还得注意选择高蛋白、低碳水化合物、低脂肪的食物。
