water sommelier/ 品水师/ (pǐnshuǐshī)  

A: Have you heard about the profession of water sommeliers? I recently saw a news report about this profession. It sounds really novel.

你知道品水师这个行业吗？我最近看了一则新闻就是讲这个职业的,听着很新奇。

B: I saw that news report too.  It's really amazing for a post-1990 woman to become the chief water sommelier. She also had to go through high-level taste test training. It couldn't have been easy. 

那则新闻我也看到了,作为一个90后女生就成为了首席品水师真了不起,而且她还需要接受高强度的嗅觉检测培训,真不容易啊。

A: Yeah. Not only this, she also needs a high-level of self discipline. She can't smoke or drink, can't eat spicy foods, nor can she use any fragrant skin care products. This is really difficult for the average person to accomplish.

是啊,不仅如此,她还需要高度的自律,不能吸烟喝酒,不能吃有刺激性的食物,也不能使用任何气味芳香的护肤品。这对于普通人来说真的挺难做到的。
