Hong Kong will launch citywide COVID-19 testing from September 1, which is expected to be completed within two weeks: HK Chief Executive Carrie Lam
The HKSAR govt will be responsible for sample collection, delivering samples, and the central govt will provide testing personnel and lab services. Without support of the central govt, Hong Kong cannot conduct the citywide testing, Carrie Lam said.
