Co-organized by the Center of International Cultural Exchange (CICE) of the Ministry of Culture and China Salsa Production, the 4th Annual China Salsa Congress will be held at the Kempinski Hotel, at Beijing Lufthansa Center, from October 2 to 5.

The event aims to selecting the best couple or team that best interprets salsa music. An official pre-party will be held at Block 8, Chaoyang Park on October 1. In addition to the competitions and parties, the four-day congress will offer more than 30 workshops for beginners and intermediate dancers. On October 3, dancers from all over the world will visit the Great Wall and dance salsa there.

Professional and accomplished dancers, and DJs from Europe, South America and the US will participate in the congress with Chinese performers.

Following a series of congresses held around the world in places like Toronto, Puerto Rico, Japan, Singapore, and Greece, the 4th World Salsa Championships will be held at Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, from December 16 to 19.
