The two sides talking about their cooperation agreement

Bademosi Motor Group International (BMG AUTO International) and China's Huanghai Automobile Sales Co., a subsidiary of Shuguang (SG) Automotive Group, reached a cooperation agreement to set up a complete knock down (CKD) assembly plant for Chinese pickups in Nigeria with the Onda State Government of Nigeria, said BMGAUTO International Wednesday.

Liaoning SG Automotive Group Co., Ltd of China will supply the CKD parts for Aurora and Plutus pickups. The new CKD assembly plant will be completed in June next year with a capability of producing 10,000 pickups per year

BMGAUTO International has reached a preliminary agreement with SG Automotive and it plans to introduce the Chinese auto company's assembly and related quality-control equipment, revealed Monica Wan, export executive of Huanghai Automobile. The two companies are optimistic about the future of the cooperation.

Liaoning SG Automotive Group Co., Ltd, which is located in Northeast China's Liaoning Province, is an international automobile industry group and is one of the major vehicle exporters in China. Its products are exported to Africa, South America and other overseas markets.
