Liaoning Province (辽宁省) consists of 14 prefecture-level cities, 17 county-level cities, 27 counties (including eight minority autonomous counties) and 56 city districts:

Shenyang (沈阳市) has nine city districts, one county-level cities and three counties: Shenhe district, Heping district, Dadong district, Huanggu district, Tiexi district, Sujiatun district, Dongling district, Shenbei new district, Yuhong district, Xinmin city, Liaozhong county, Kangping county and Faku county.

Chaoyang (朝阳市) has two city districts, two county-level cities and three counties: Shuangta district, Longcheng district, Beipiao city, Lingyuan city, Chaoyang county, Jianping county and Harqin Left Mongol Autonomous County.

Fuxin (阜新市) has five city districts and two counties: Haizhou district, Xinqiu district, Taiping district, Qinghemen district, Xihe district, Zhangwu county and Fuxin Mongol Autonomous County.

Tieling (é"å²­å¸‚) has two city districts, two county-level cities and three counties: Yinzhou district, Qinghe district, Diaobingshan city, Kaiyuan city, Tieling county, Xifeng county and Changtu county.

Fushun (抚顺市) has four city districts and three counties: Shuncheng district, Xinfu district, Dongzhou district, Wanghua district, Fushun county, Xinbin Manchu Autonomous County and Qingyuan Manchu Autonomous County.

Benxi (本溪市) has four city districts and two counties: Pingshan district, Xihu district, Mingshan district, Nanfen district, Benxi Manchu Autonomous County and Huanren Manchu Autonomous County.

Liaoyang (辽阳市) has five city districts, one county-level city and one county: Baita district, Wensheng district, Hongwei district, Gongchangling district, Taizihe district, Dengta city and Liaoyang county.

Anshan (鞍山市) has four city districts, one county-level city and two counties: Tiedong district, Tiexi district, Lishan district, Qianshan district, Haicheng city, Tai'an county and Xiuyan Manchu Autonomous County.

Dandong (丹东市) has three city districts, two county-level cities and one county: Zhenxing district, Yuanbao district, Zhen'an district, Fengcheng city, Donggang city and Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County.

Dalian (大连市) has six city districts, three county-level cities and one county: Xigang district, Zhongshan district, Shahekou district, Ganjingzi district, Lushunkou district, Jinzhou district, Wafangdian city, Pulandian city, Zhuanghe city and Changhai county.

Yingkou (营口市) has four city districts and two county-level cities: Zhanqian district, Xishi district, Bayuquan district, Laobian district, Dashiqiao city and Gaizhou city.

Panjin (盘é"¦å¸‚) has two city districts and two counties: Xinglongtai district, Shuangtaizi district, Dawa county and Panshan county.

Jinzhou (é"¦å·ž) has three city districts, two county-level cities and two counties: Taihe district, Guta district, Linghe district, Linghai city, Beizhen city, Heishan county and Yi county.

Huludao (è'«èŠ¦å²›å¸‚) has three city districts, one county-level city and two counties: Longgang district, Lianshan district, Nanpiao district, Xingcheng city, Suizhong county and Jianchang county.
