Yang Huiyan

Forbes magazine announced its top 10 list of the world's youngest billionaires on March 10 and among them are two Chinese from wealthy families, Yang Huiyan and Li Zhaohui.

Yang, 28, ranks No. 3 with a net asset value of $3.4 billion for her holdings of Guangdong Country Garden Real Estate Development Co., Ltd where her father, Yang Guoqiang, is president.

Li, also 28, ranks No. 9 with a net asset value of $1 billion. Li became chairman of Shanxi Haixin Iron & Steel Group, one of China's largest private steel manufacturers, after his father was murdered in 2003.

Facebook's 25 year-old CEO Mark Zuckerberg beat everyone else on the list to be the world's richest young man with a net worth of $4 billion. In 2004, he established Facebook in his dorm in Harvard with three other classmates.

In second place is 36-year-old John Arnold with a net worth of $4 billion. He was hired by Enron and founded the hedge fund Centaurus Energy in 2002.

 Albert von Thurn und Taxis, 26, is fourth with a net worth of $2.2 billion, inherited a fortune on his 18th birthday and lives in his family castle, Schloss Emmeram.

Ranked No. 5 is Fahd Hariri, 29, who has a net worth of $1.4 billion. He is the youngest son of assassinated Lebanese Prime Minister, Rafiq Hariri, and inherited a stake in his father's construction, telecom and property empire.
