The Chery Fulwin2 hatchback, the sister car to the Fulwin sedan, was launched on March 22. The hatchback is competitively priced at 51,800 yuan to 60,800 yuan ($7,588-$8,905) with four versions and six colors to choose from.

The Fulwin2 features a 1.5 ACTECO engine with a manual gearbox. And the maximum power for the car is 80kW/6,000rpm and the maximum torque is 140Nm/3,000rpm.

The new model measures 4,139 x 1,686 x 1,492 mm with a 2,527 mm wheelbase.

The automaker expects the Chery Fulwin2 will prove to be just as popular as the Changan Yuexiang, Geely Golden Eagle and JAC Tongyue which are its main competitors.
