In 2006
2006 China Jingdezhen International Ceramic Fair was held from October 18 to 22, 2006. Jingdezhen of East China's Jiangxi Province is known as the "Porcelain Capital" because of its production of quality china. It has a 1,700-year-old history of china production.
The fair is sponsored by Ministry of State Commerce, China National Light Industry Council, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Jiangxi Provincial People's Government. There are 3 exhibition centers, offering 1,200 standard booths.
Exhibition Center I was arranged in Jingdezhen China Ceramic Museum. Domestic fine ceramics, the fine ceramic artworks and the high-tech ceramics were on show here. Exhibition Center II was at the Central Exhibition Hall of Jingdezhen China Ceramic City.
Exhibits displayed here were porcelain of daily use, artistic porcelain for displaying, building and sanitary ceramics, industrial ceramics, electronic ceramics and auxiliary materials and products related to ceramics. Exhibition Center III was at China House located in Jingdezhen, including two exhibition areas which were for famous works by well-known artists and antique ceramics.
More than 700 famous ceramic manufacturers and 3,000 ceramic dealers came to exhibit and trade from over 20 countries and regions and domestic ceramic-making areas like Guangdong, Shandong, Hebei, Hunan, Fujian, Jiangsu, Guangxi, Sichuan, Jiangxi. More ceramics-themed demonstrations, discussions, and cultural exchanges were held at the fair.
China Jingdezhen International Ceramic Fair is the only internationalized, specialized, market-oriented, and standardized ceramic fair at present in China. The annual fair was first held in 2004.
In 2007
2007 Jingdezhen Ceramic Art Exhibition was held on July 18th, 2007 in Taiyangdao K. Fine Arts Gallery in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. Because of this exhibition, Science Museum of Jingdezhen and cultural arts center organized there.
The exhibition of fine ceramic authors showed strong innovative thinking of modern ceramics Art and a unique art style, representatives of the Orient Ceramics new trend.
In 2009
Jingdezhen is renowned for its porcelains in the world as an ancient porcelain city. Its history of making porcelain can be traced back as early as 1,700 years ago (the late period of Eastern Han Dynasty). Porcelain links Jingdezhen closely with other parts of the world, famed in the western countries as the earliest industrial city in the world.
In November 30th, 2009, "Splendid 60 Years—Jingdezhen Porcelain Exhibition" in the National Centre for the Performing Arts showcased about 400 pieces of artistic porcelains, 200 pieces of porcelains for daily use or used in plumbing fixtures, architecture and high technology, as well as artistic porcelains which are listed in the Guinness World Records.
In addition, there is a blue and white porcelain jar with a diameter of 2 meters and height of 1.35 meters, a 2.3m-long-and-1 m-high porcelain dragon boat and a porcelain plate with a diameter of 2 meters.

During the exhibition, the Jingdezhen Women Porcelain Orchestra will give live performances with musical instruments made of porcelain, which are famed as "Unique in China and a Breakthrough in the World".

The entire set includes 18 pieces of porcelain instruments in 13 categories, namely porcelain ou, porcelain qing (an inverted bell), porcelain flute, porcelain vertical flute, porcelain fangxiang, porcelain gaohu, porcelain drum, porcelain xun (ancient earthen, egg-shaped wind instrument), porcelain suona, porcelain tubular bells, porcelain Chinese serial bell, porcelain huqin and small percussion instruments.
The porcelain instruments combine the common characteristics of Chinese string, pipe, metal and leather ensembles and the clear sounds of porcelains, presenting a unique innovation based on the ancient artistic form.
In 2010

The 2010 China Jingdezhen International Ceramic Fair will be held from October 18th to 22nd in Jingdezhen China Ceramic Museum which offers 1,249 standard booths. It is divided into five exhibition areas including high-tech achievements ceramics, international ceramics, brand name ceramics from domestic porcelain production regions, exquisite ceramics and comprehensive exhibition area.
