A book that reveals the secrets of late Japanese animation master Osamu Tezuka (1928-89) will soon be published in Chinese, according to its publisher World Publishing Corporation.

Compiled by Tezuka Productions Company, Osamu Tezuka: Secrets of Creation includes 160 copies of Tezuka's draft works from different comics. By comparing them with the final work, the book tries to demonstrate the procedure and skills of Tezuka.

Of the 160 draft works in the book are most of Tezuka's popular comics, such as Astro Boy, Metropolis, Black Jack, Three Eyed One and MW.

The book's original publishing in 2008 marked the 80th anniversary of Tezuka's birth, according to World Publishing Corporation. The exact date of the Chinese edition has not been announced.
