Jin Chengzong is a Chinese pianist and composer who was born on the "Piano Island" of Gulangyu in Xiamen, Fujian Province. Yin won the gold medal at the World Youth Peace and Friendship Festival in Vienna. For this Shanghai concert, Yin will accompany a group of Peking Opera artists from the Shanghai Peking Opera Troupe playing selections from the Peking Opera, The Red Lantern.
