Legendary Russian singer Vitas, known for his exceptionally high-pitched voice, is set to return to the Great Hall of the People on October 4, marking his third trip to China.

His planned setlist includes "Say You Love" and the much-anticipated "Opera 2" featuring revised, comical lyrics. The original "Opera 2" was what turned Vitas's "dolphin tone" into a worldwide sensation.

Vitas has also attracted a great deal of attention for his philanthropic efforts. He created a song entitled "Mother and Son" in 2009 for children who had been orphaned by Wenchuan earthquake.

The song depicts a devastating mother-child separation through the contrast of low and high pitches and will be performed at the end of the concert.
