Myanmar National Sports Committee Chairman Cup Bando Championship, organized by Myanmar Martial Arts Federation, will be held at Aung San Stadium here this month, according to the official New Light of Myanmar Monday.

Aimed at selecting Myanmar traditional Bando athletes and competing in Vietnamese Vovinam sport event in 27th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games, the championship is scheduled to take place from September 22 to 26.

The teams representing regions and states, ministries and Myanmar Thaing core clubs are eligible to take part in this event.

The prize winners will be awarded in cash.
