Doraemon hits Shanghai

The “100 Doraemon Gadgets Exhibition” kicked off in Shanghai’s Xintiandi Saturday alongside the launch of the Shanghai Xintiandi 2013 Art and Culture Festival. The exhibition will be held from April 28 to June 16. 100 life-size Doraemons, the popular Japanese cartoon character, are on display along the street outside the shopping mall, each one holding a special gadget that has appeared in the storyline.
