Swallow's Nest, Yalta, Ukraine 

Built in 1912, the Swallow's Nest is one of the most popular attractions in Crimea. The two-level home was built atop the 40-metre-high Aurora Cliff and includes a foyer, two bedrooms and the guest room and a fancy restaurant. It has appeared in several films, like Agatha Christie's "And Then There Were None." Sitting in the Neo-Gothic house and enjoying the amazing sea view outside is an amazing experience. Located in Petra, Jordan, the Treasury is one of the city's most magnificent attractions. Built in the first century BC, the Treasury is carved out of solid rock and stands over 40 meters high. Cliff House, US

Built in 1863, the Cliff House is a restaurant situated above the cliffs just north of San Francisco's Ocean Beach. Hanging Temple, China

The Hanging Temple, or Hanging Monastery, is a temple on a cliff (about 75 meters above the ground) near Mount Heng in Hunyuan County, Shanxi Province. The 1,400-year-old monastery was built during the Northern Wei Dynasty (386-557). It is China's only existing Buddhist-Taoist-Confucianist temple. The scientifically designed and skillfully built Xuankong Temple is "odd, suspended and wonderful." Completely built on the mountain cliff, it seems that the wood-structure temple is supported by the beams inserted into the chiseled holes in the cliff, but actually some of the beams don't bear the load at all.(Source: China.org.cn)
