A Beijing court ruled against a lawsuit brought by the World Luxury Association (WLA) against the branch of the Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce in Dongcheng district, upholding the punishment imposed by the latter on the WLA, financial news portal caijing.com reported Wednesday.
