Japanese adult video producer Soft on Demand (SOD) has cancelled the debut release of Rena Takatsuka, a graduate of the well-known Takarazuka Music School, after her identity was exposed, the company said on December 2. SOD only cited a "variety of circumstances" led to the decision.

British rock offspring Peaches Geldof recently posted a selfie of her and her son in the bath on Instagram and what looks like the hand of a ghostly visitor, reported by the Eastern Television (ETTV), a Taiwanese television station, on December 13. 

Geldof believes that transparent hand belongs to the spirit of a woman who committed suicide in her home 100 years ago after delivering a stillborn baby.

 “The house was built in the 1920s by a rich man and his pregnant wife. However, his wife had a stillborn baby and was so grief-stricken she went mad. She apparently drowned herself in the bath," Geldof told the Daily Mail.


No.3: Guangzhou high-rise fire extinguished  广州大火  17375

A high-rise building that was ablaze for over 11 hours in downtown Guangzhou, capital of South China's Guangdong Province, was extinguished on the morning of December 16.

The fire was put out at about 6 am after it burned through the 25-story Jianye Mansion, an unfinished building on Qiyi Road, Xinhua reporters at the site said.

No casualties have been reported so far. Some 20 people, including workers inside the building and nearby residents, have been relocated, according to the municipal firefighting department.
