Xie Shuiping has been slapped, jabbed and slugged across China. And he's always looking for new clients.

The 48-year-old recently traveled to Wuhan, Hubei Province, offering up his iron stomach to stressed-out locals.

Xie claims he earns at least 20,000 yuan ($3,200) a month getting punched in the abdomen from people all over China.

"I'm not afraid of a beating. The only thing I fear is not earning any money from it," said Xie.

The traveling salesman explained the secret to his immovable middle is qigong, a Chinese martial art that focuses on breathing exercises, which he began studying at 10 years old.

Although his wife does not support his career choice, Xie thinks there is nothing wrong with taking a beating for the ones you love.

"Supporting my family comes first," said Xie.
