A Russian woman tourist has been allegedly molested twice in the western Indian state of Goa, a senior police official said on Friday.

"The 32-year-old has lodged a complaint with the police that she was first sexually molested on a beach by some unknown men and later at a government hospital by a doctor," the official said, on condition of anonymity.

The Russian woman arrived in Goa on October 20.

A probe has been ordered into the incident, the official said.
