The second season of Emmy winning TV drama Fargo has finally reached Chinese audiences through Chinese streaming site Sohu TV, one of China's biggest American TV drama platforms on Monday.

The first season of Fargo has become extremely popular among Chinese audiences due to its absurd and unpredictable storyline.

According to the regulations from China's State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television, entire seasons of overseas TV shows must be first approved before they can be broadcast on Chinese streaming sites.

This may explain why the second season is premiering almost two months after it ended in the US.

The entire season is available on Sohu TV for VIP members while non-VIP members will have to wait for new episodes to be posted every Monday.
