Lin Hong of East China's Shandong Province turns Huabobo, or steam buns traditionally served during the Spring Festival, into edible artworks. These birthday cake-esque buns are sold for up to 300 yuan ($45) each. In the three years since starting her business, Lin now nets around 10 million yuan ($1,5 million) a year.
