Editor's Note:
As COVID-19 is spreading worldwide, Beijing's Wangjing district, home to many South Korean residents, has hung up a notice in three languages - Korean, Japanese and English - in order to remind returning foreigners to raise their consciousness about disinfection and finish self-quarantining at home. Now, many South Korean primary schools have already suspended classes. South Korean restaurants and supermarkets had few customers. Recently, Wangjing district has seen some growth in the numbers of returning South Korean residents. One resident in Huading community of Wangjing district told the reporter that many SK staff live in the community, and the community staff adopt strict management. All the foreigners must register at the realtor office and finish self-quarantine in 14 days. Now residents of this community feel safe and calm. (Photos: Li Hao/GT)
