Anastasija Puzankova, a 35-year-old Latvian, described herself as a mother of over 200 senior residents with an average age of over 85, at the Jiufeng Senior Home in Qingpu district’s Liantang town, Shanghai. As a director at the home, she cheers up seniors with a brilliant smile every day, as they can’t have nursing home visits due to the epidemic. The local government provided them with some medical supplies such as masks and disinfectant for free to help them prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic. She said they are grateful.
