Shanghai dwellers savor Hubei delicacies

Crayfish and Hubei-native cuisines like "reganmian" or hot-dry noodles are back, as the COVID-19 wanes in Shanghai. Two Shanghai restaurants that are run by Hubei residents are receiving a wave of customers. Zhang Jiening, a Wuhan-native and the owner of a restaurant that serves Hubei delicacies, told the Global Times that he has had received encouragement from both old and new patrons after his restaurant reopened in April.
