A ship lock located at the junction of the Huangpu River and Dazhi River in Shanghai, which is the largest ship lock in the Yangtze River Delta region, is officially open to navigation from July 1. With a length of 350 meters and width of 27 meters, the ship lock can let inland ships pass through, with a maximum load of 1,000 tons, and designed passing capacity of 29 million tons per year.
