Editor's Note:
With everything from traditional graffiti lettering to flowers and portraits, the largest graffiti wall in downtown Shanghai is scheduled to be demolished to pave way for new shopping centers. The 600-meter wall became popular in 2005 as one of the earliest graffiti art sites in China, and has since attracted many artists and tourists from both home and abroad.

Fortunately, the city’s graffiti artists will still be able to showcase the skills at M50 Art Park in downtown Shanghai, with many artists having shown off their talent on the park’s walls.
