The third China International Import Expo (CIIE) — the world's first import-themed national-level expo — will be held in Shanghai in November, despite the influence of COVID-19 pandemic. The planned exhibition area reaches to 360,000 square meters this year, an increase of 60,000 square meters compared with last year. On Tuesday, preparation efforts for the exhibits were seen in full swing at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). In the south square, workers are finalizing the greenery leading to the main entrance, where the sign of 2020 CIIE has already been unveiled.
