24 key projects of the Golden Middle Ring Development Belt, a major project in  14th Five-Year Plan, were launched on Monday. Located in Shanghai's Pudong New Area, the belt is 29 km long and covers an area of 107 sqkm, with a total investment of $89.7 bln.
