2020 National Ski Mountaineering Challenge Race kicks off in Hebei Province

The 2020 National Ski Mountaineering Challenge Race kicks off at Wanlong Ski Resort in Chongli District of Zhangjiakou, north China's Hebei Province on Tuesday. As a top domestic ski event, it has attracted more than 100 athletes from more than 20 provinces and municipalities across the country.

The event includes 2 races and divides the competitors into 8 groups according to age and gender. The short distance race is about 300 meters long, and the climb is over 100 meters.
