People queue up to buy sweet dumplings, a kind of glutinous rice-made pudding stuffed with fillings of various flavours, at some shops in Beijing on Feb 24. These shops, like Jinfang Snack Bar, Huguosi Hutong Snack Street, Daoxiang Village Food are busy making sweet dumplings ahead of the Chinese Lantern Festival. At Jinfang Snack shop in Ciqikou, customer s had to queue for four hours to buy their sweet dumplings.
