Nearly one hundred sculpture pieces created by well-known sculptors, reflecting tremendous changes in ordinary Chinese people’s lives in the past century, are to be exhibited from Thursday at the National Museum of China in Beijing.

The exhibition has two sections, “days of hardship” and “wonderful lives,” demonstrating vividly the progress of ordinary Chinese people earning happiness and prosperity under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party. Photos: Li Hao/GT
