Editor's Note:
A new exhibition featuring Egyptian mummies kicked off at Beijing’s World Art Museum at the Chinese Millennium Monument on Sunday with strict epidemic precaution measures including showing a health code, wearing a mask and registering temperature. As one of the few major overseas exhibitions amid the epidemic, the Golden Mummies of Egypt exhibition includes a series of precious mummies and cultural treasures, among which are 11 portraits and two mummies buried 2,000 years ago.

Besides, multi-media contents including documentaries and 3D scan screens have been used to offer specators a chance to learn more about the ancient Egyptian culture.(Photos: Li Hao/GT)
